FYI Spy

I saw a newsmagazine show about all the different ways predators can access my children on the internet and bought this product as soon as I could. FYI-SPY allows me to keep my children safe and healthy while they enjoy the best of what the internet has to offer. Forget parental locks – the best way to watch your kid’s activities online is to watch them, something I can do now that I have FYI-SPY on my computer.

My antivirus software detected a keylogger/some other virus in your software

A very common mistake that actually has various antivirus solutions. None of our software contains adware, spyware, or viruses, so this makes it absolutely the best to install without worry of any problem that may occur.

You can find Fyi-Spy for sale here

You will find that the majority of commercial Fyi-Spy like ours is available It is best that Fyi-spy software not be installed on computers unless you have the spoken permission of the owner.

Due to the fact that the software we use, uses similar files the antivirus software can easily get overly confused and this can easily be avoided. It used to be that other programs such as Norton Antivirus have thought that ALL 20+ programs we offer contained Fyi-Spy because they are known to offer similar programs.

You should know that it is okay to use shared files as they are harmless, and are usually related to user interface programming. For example, ActSkn43.ocx, SkinBoxer43.dll, memman.vxd.

You should not be at all concerned that if your antivirus solution is detecting a program as being a Fyi-Spy or virus it is simply not correct. If you are using Fyi-Spy, you should simply ignore it as this is nothing to be concerned about.

If you have problems, let us know the following:

-The program of ours that is you are currently using
-What antivirus program you may be using
-A copy of your antivirus program's file that is logged or a screen shot will work great as well.

To aid in avoiding future problems we will then contact the software vendor and alert them to the fact there are some issues with this software and they need to check out. This will help to solve the problem.

Does the software you offer contain any adware, spyware, Fyi-Spy malware or viruses?

No. This is very important for all of our customers to be aware of,our software does not contain any adware, spyware, malware, viruses, trojan horses, or anything else like this. This is what sets our software above and beyond anything else you may find and it would be to your advantage to do all you can to purchase a top of the line software program such as ours.

The only exception is that in order to meet all our customer needs we do offer a commercial Fyi-spy that is used to aid anyone that wishes to monitor their computer. This is a great software program to allow you to see all the activity that is going on your computer when you are away. By using this type of software, you can monitor every activity as well as key stroke that is made on your computer when you are away from it. So, take the time to review all the information you need when it comes to Fyi-Spy and you will easily see that it may be the best for you to use.

Send Fyi-Spy log files through Gmail

If you are operating Fyi-Spy on your computer and wish to send files that you have as a result of using this incredible software system, you may have to use another free email system to get it to your Gmail account. This can allow you an easy way to get all your files sent easily by using another free email account to send it to your Gmail account.

Fyi-Spy is a great key logger that can allow you to monitor all the activity that is going on your computer when you are not around to see for yourself. This is a great way for you catch a cheating spouse or any other person that may be doing things on your computer that you think they should not be doing.

If you want to see what websites have been visited or if there has been any instant chats going on that may be of interest to you, you can easily found out what they are by using Fyi-Spy to do so.

However, if you are a fan of Gmail you will need to use another email service to send Fyi-Spy files at the current time. This is because a secure connection is required to send mail through their servers. Our software does not support secure connections, but will the next version that is released will certainly allow you to do so.

Until that time, it is strongly suggested that you use a different free email account to send mail to your Gmail account. Take a look at this link to allow you to find another free email service:

Individual Program Vista Testing Results

  • P2P File Sharing/P2P Share Spy: Not Compatible
Currently, Vista is blocking outgoing File and Printer Sharing requests, which makes the software not useable with the exception of the local Area Network (where it works just fine, although may need some tweaks for easy browsing on Vista). This may only affect users who are connecting through a VPN. If you have used this with success please let us know.
  • Popup Blocker: Not Compatible
This program will not work with nternet Explorer 7, which works with Vista by default. Because Internet Explorer 7 currently includes pop up blocks, we do not intend to update this.
  • IP Ad Blocker: Not Compatible
This is a program that can only be used with Windows NT/2000/XP. Because IP Ad Blocking is built into Windows Vista this will not be changed.

How to hide FYI-SPY

If you wish to keep your Fyi-Spy software as stealthy as you can, the we use the following steps to do so:

For example, with program software such as Fyi-Spy, we would hide it by doing the following:

The name would be executable FYS.exe. This would hide the entire namo of your program and it would then be hidden when someone looks at the applications list while in Task Manager, and only FYS.exe will be listed on the Processes list.

The installer could also be named FYS.exe. This will show up when you installing the program as "Installing FYS.exe" on the installer screen, but the graphics will still say "Fyi-Spy", to make certain there is no confusion at all. Doing this will make an entry named FYS.exe in your Add/Remove Programs location.

Finally, we would make the default directory to be "C:\Program Files\FYS."

Once all this is done, you should certainly not have any problem with someone that is using your computer recognizing that Fyi-Spy is actually being used on your computer.

This is the absolute best way to hide Fyi-Spy software and still allow it to be used while someone is working on your computer. You can still track all the activity that is being done on your computer in a very short period of time and no one will be the wiser.

This is one of the true advantages of using Fyi-Spy key loggers, you can easily use them and no one would be the wiser. This makes it great for anyone that is using this software.

Technical support questions

No log file could be attached

In the event you receive this message, “No log file could be attached because the log file does not exist" while running our software it means that the file listed below could not be found.

[save directory]\temp\caplog_saved.txt

By default this is:

C:\Program Files\fyispy-full\temp\caplog_saved.txt

It is possible to change the location that captures are saved in by taking the time to go through and do some edits in "Save Captures In" section of the option menu.

This means that one of what is listed below may be true:

1) You are not capable of access to create the "temp" folder
2) You can’t access to create files in the temp folder
3) You are not capable of access to modify an older copy of the caplog_saved.txt file
4) Most likely there is an operating system problem that is may be causing the computer not to recognize file.

In the event all the above is true, try changing the "Save Captures In" location to a folder that your account can access in order to resolve the issue. It most likely would be best to create a new folder off the C drive, and it's sub-folders to make certain you have the permissions you need.

However, if you are still unable to create folders it is very likely that you will not be able to get in because you lack the proper permission to do so. If this is the case, you may want to try doing this by using the administrative access.

Note: The software with hidden folders has been tested and hiding the folder you are saving captures will have any effect whatsoever on the performance of it.
