I saw a newsmagazine show about all the different ways predators can access my children on the internet and bought this product as soon as I could. FYI-SPY allows me to keep my children safe and healthy while they enjoy the best of what the internet has to offer. Forget parental locks – the best way to watch your kid’s activities online is to watch them, something I can do now that I have FYI-SPY on my computer.
If you receive this error it may mean that you are missing the proper database interaction files. These files are included with windows but may become corrupt or be deleted accidentally.
First, try downloading the following file: http://www.fyi-spy.com/msado15.zip
Extract it and copy it to:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado\
If the folders do not exist, create them.
Next, click Start > Run
Type (or paste) the following line:
regsvr32 "c:\program files\Common Files\System\ado\msado15.dll"
Try running the program again. This may have resolved the error.
If not, try to download and install the latest version of MDAC from Microsoft.com: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/data/aa937730.aspx
If the above link is defunct, search Microsoft.com for "MDAC". Download and install the latest MDAC release and any MDAC Service Packs.
