I did not receive my download email
One of the great aspects of ordering FYI-SPY is that you are able to start using it right away. Once payment has been receive (immediately when ordering with credit card) our order system will automatically send you an email with download instructions. This email will contain the download link, and your registration information which is needed to fully use FYI-SPY. If you have not received this email it is because your order was not completed, you did not supply us with the correct email address or the email is in your junk mail folder (please look in the junk mai folder). You also have the ability to access your software and all necessary information by logging into our customers section at http://fyi-spy.com/members (you will need your order id and your email address)

I am having troubles installing FYI-SPY
In order to install FYI-SPY the following items have to be true: you have to install this software on a PC (Windows Most Versions) not a Apple, you must have administrative privileges on your computer ( you are able to install software), and you system must meet or exceed our system requirements. Assuming you have all of the basic requirements you should have no issues just double click on the downloaded file and follow the information screens.
